You Can’t Win If You Don’t Play

Multi-Table Tournaments

In our multi-table tournaments, players start with a fixed number of Choker Chips. Players at various tables compete for each other’s Choker Chips as the blinds and/or antes increase incrementally. As players are eliminated, tables are "broken," meaning players are re-assigned to keep tables full, or even with one another. Eventually, the last few surviving players with Choker Chips are assigned to the final table, where the eventual winner is the individual who wins all the Choker Chips from his or her opponents. Players win points or prizes in these games and top finishers are determined based on cumulative results.

Satellites

A satellite is a small tournament in which the prize is an entry into a larger tournament. Satellites on ChokeOutPoker.net are free to enter. Multi-table satellites are scheduled as regular tournaments, and the sign-up details and play are identical.

Single Table Tournaments

A single table tournament is a one-table event that is not regularly scheduled; it simply begins when all the seats for the event are filled. These tournaments can be found by clicking on the "Single Table Tournaments" tab in the main client window.
